WHO WE ARE
We know the game. We know the tech. That's the whole idea.
We've run tournaments, chased entry fees, and built brackets at midnight ourselves. Somewhere along the way we also got good at technology — good enough that pool halls, leagues, and directors started asking us to fix the parts of their week that had nothing to do with the game itself.

This is actually the nature of our game there are always last-minute changes. It's because nobody ever built this game a proper back office. You built your name on running a tight night — not on chasing down who paid and who didn't.
We've been on your side of that counter. Tried to hold fifty names in our head at once. Forgot who paid, same as you have. That's exactly why we started building the fix — not because we love software, but because we got tired of the same Friday evening going sideways in the same way.

WHERE WE USUALLY START
Two things come up more than anything else.
Most Tournament directors we talk to are dealing with tournament day chaos from start to finish, or owners who can't tell what's actually open on their floor. So this is usually where we start.
There's always some drama at tournament time
From the flyer that gets it started to the feedback that comes in after, a lot happens in between — sign-ups, no-shows, disputes, payouts. We help wherever it's actually needed, not just at sign-up.
Not sure what's empty and what's not
Which tables are open, which are taken, and how full you really are — most owners find out by walking the floor and counting heads. We help you see all of it without leaving the counter.
And depending on what's actually going on in your room, we've also helped with raffles, league setup, streaming matches, and player profiles etc.
LEAGUE NIGHT
A league runs every week. The standings shouldn't be a guess.
Matches, points, dues, no-shows — it adds up fast over a season. We keep it straight so you're not doing math at midnight.
